Cranberry Strawberry Sherbet

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Ocean Spray® Cran•Strawberry® Cranberry Strawberry Juice Drink
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 envelope unflavored gelatin

DIRECTIONS:

Combine cranberry strawberry drink and sugar in a medium saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over juice drink and let sit 1 to 2 minutes to soften. Cook this mixture on low heat until the gelatin and sugar dissolve, stirring occasionally.

Pour into a 9x9-inch pan and freeze just until firm. Remove from freezer and cut into small pieces. Place frozen pieces in a food processor. Process until the mixture is light and creamy. Return to pan. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve, scrape off thin layers with a spoon.

Makes 6 servings.

Cranberry Orange Granita

INGREDIENTS:

1 16-ounce can Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1 187-ml bottle champagne
OR
6 ounces ginger ale
2 tablespoons orange juice
Mint leaves, garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients, except garnish, in a food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth. Pour into a non-metal 8 x 8-inch pan. Freeze just until firm, about 3 hours.

Break up into pieces and process again until smooth. Return cranberry mixture to pan and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer just prior to serving. Spoon into serving dishes. Garnish with mint leaves.

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

• 2 California avocados, peeled, seeded
• 4 oz tequila
• 4 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz Triple Sec
• ½ Cup sugar
• 2 Cups crushed ice

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and pulsate on high speed for 30 seconds.
Blend for an additional 30 seconds until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour into salt-rimmed margarita glasses.

Ingredients

• ¼ Cup lemon-flavored vodka
• 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp simple syrup
• California Avocado Pearls

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, 1/4 cup lemon-flavored vodka, 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon simple syrup. Shake vigorously; strain into a martini glass. Garnish with avocado pearls* inside the glass
2. * To make avocado pearls, use a small melon scoop.

Took care of some unfinished job today but still left unfinished by the end of this day.
Went to Tama and Ta house to see their baby girl. She's cute, love her.
Met up with my brother and his wife at Dapur Cobek. Had dinner at padang resto bfore.

Sometimes it's just not nice when someone didn't take good care of their duty and you ended up take care of the mess. Just like what me and ade did this afternoon. We need to take care of the mess as a result of that selfish + irresponsibility (what a poor combination!) person next door :(

Hari ini ngurusin macem2.

Ke ruangan Unit Bisnis bareng Ibu Asni untuk meninjau apa saja yang masih kurang di ruangan tersebut. Ternyata masih banyak hal yang harus diberesin. Beberapa peralatan juga harus dibeli.
Meeting dengan NOC (admin=red) untuk membicarakan masalah koneksi aplikasi sekuritas yang membutuhkan port 26622 & 26644 untuk menjalankan window aplikasinya. Belum beres euy, harus kontak orang sekuritas lagi buat memastikan kebutuhan port 4567 & 5678. Karena pada saat test koneksi dijalankan, aplikasi membutuhkan juga kedua port tersebut. Harus cepet diberesin nih karena peresmian sebentar lagi, 22 Agustus 2006.

Hari ini Ibu Asni ulang tahun. Rame deh. Banyak makanan..hehehe. Ibu dapat banyak kado dari teman2 se-Maranatha. Bli tart di Aneka Rasa. Gede banget dan rasanya enak :o)
Lunch hari ini ditraktir Ibu. McD fried chicken. Potongan ayam gorengnya gede2 dan dapat limpahan 1 potong dari si bonsai. Sampe enek gw...hehehe.

Hari ini juga penutupan acara W2M 2006.
Ada artis tuh...lagi pada nyanyi di GSG.

Besok pagi Ibu Asni, Ci Maya, Bu Marta, Lisbon, dan Atho cabut ke Medan. Liburan bwt 5 hari. Sedih deh pada pergi. MSCC jadi sepiiiiii.
